Steven Brown has been Managing and Selling property in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1976. His company, Better Property Management Real Estate Sales, manages over 100 Residential Income properties and 30 Condominium Associations. Steven graduated from Baruch College, the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. When he first came to California Steven obtained his Real Estate license and began selling and managing property. He then obtained his Brokers license in 1981 and formed Better Property Management, which now specializes in Residential Property Management, Condominium Association Management and includes an active Sales Department.

Felice L. Kaplan
After completing graduate work at San Francisco State University, Felice left college to begin a career as a High School instructor. During the years after teaching she acquired extensive business experience when she worked in advertising, the newspaper industry, and for a large engineering firm.
Felice has been in the employ of Better Property Management since 1981, as a Property Manager, Leasing Supervisor, and Real Estate Sales Agent. Recently she has been a "hands-on" stager/decorator for some of bpmlre real estate sales listings. For more than 30 years Felice has been a resident/owner in Noe Valley. She is also an active investor in the Bay Area, Sacramento County, and Arizona. She initiated the development of the "pilot program" for Condominium Association Management within bpmlre and is a candidate for the CCAM designation (Certified Community Association Manager).

As a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Bay Area for over 15 years, Thomas has satisfied many clients by successfully brokering their transactions. After graduating from Regis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing, he went into sales, first in the oil business. Subsequently, he worked in commercial real estate, becoming a Vice-President of a downtown firm with regional retail expertise.
